Update 5/22/07

I know the people wo read my writer's blog usually just read it for my Grey's Anatomy fanfictions, but I'm also writing a story for Twilight. I recommend you read it--it's a lot like This Heart, but with some significant differences.

So if you've read this chapter, we start to see Edward's increasing interest in Bella. He finds that he can no longer stay away from her and that she's too irresistible on so many levels. He's even willing to fight his family (namely Rosalie) for her.

I loved this chapter because it shows his humanity. Edward needs to realize that he still has his human tendencies, and that Bella is bringing it out of him.

[WF, BE discussion]
I couldn't make Izzie and Mer fight for very long. They've been together for too long and have been best friends since forever. And besides, Izzie doesn't really like to hold onto grudges. It's not very healthy, and it's not what JESUS WOULD FREAKING DO!

But I really want to talk about Derek. Derek's slowly beginning to realize that he's starting to see Meredith as more than the little girl that used to hit him with the jump rope. She's a woman now, and she's a surgeon. A talented, intelligent one at that. He couldn't ignore that forever.

So I'm really excited for next chapter, mainly because there's an elevator scene. And I'm really, really excited about it. So stay tuned. ^_~
